Our Mission
The OPS Initiative is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, facilitating partnerships within our community, to provide opportunities for success for motivated student athletes. We bridge the gap for individuals who lack access to financing, cutting edge baseball facilities, advanced coaching and training programs, recruiting opportunities, and scholarship grants towards a college education.
The OPS initiative equips student athletes with crucial resources and the tools needed, to thrive in a highly competitive environment, both mentally and physically. Our mission supports the goal of each sponsored individual, to achieve their greatest potential in sports and education.
Your donation directly contributes in providing:
-Financial assistance to student athletes with the rising costs of competitive play, specialized training, and higher school tuitions.
-Recruiting opportunities on the collegiate and professional level.
-Access to in person training facilities, offering biometric evaluations, tailored weight training and throwing programs, physical therapy, and recovery therapies, all led by professional athletes and certified industry specialists.
We focus on implementing a shared philosophy, rooted in core values, that the following are needed to be successful on and off the field:
Community
Hard work
Preparedness
Physical health
Mental health
Discipline
Consistency
Confidence
And Recovery
Your support not only impacts each individual student athlete profoundly, but contributes to the betterment of our community as a whole. Thank you once again for your generosity and belief in our mission.
“Set your goals high and don’t stop ‘till you get there.”
